Karen Meadows helps keep One For All Missions running strong behind the scenes. As Operations Manager, she oversees everything from administration and creative work to event logistics and communication — making sure the vision of reaching the lost and equipping the Church moves forward with excellence.

She and her husband, Matthew, lead the ministry together, coordinating gospel campaigns, trainings, and partner connections across the country. Karen’s eye for detail and heart for people help turn big ideas into real impact.

She’s also a wife, homeschooling mom, and creative at heart who loves finding ways to blend faith, family, and purpose. Karen’s desire is to see women walk boldly in what God has called them to, bringing faith and order into every area of life.
